1st week...how'd I do?

Well, I just completed my first 7 days with my C2. I have (for the most part) followed the Pete Plan. My distance so far is 56,767M.
I have lost 3 lbs, but more importantly, I can actually see some definition in my abs. It is one area that I didn't think would benefit as much as it has.

well done! glad to see you are seeing progress in you first week already. 56k in 1week is quite a bit.. just don't burn yourself out too quick :D

Thanks! Yes, I need to be careful not to burn out...or worse, injure myself.

I did 95km last week and I can't see definition in my abs... (I'm kind of jealous)

j/k... I always like to encounter indoor rowers... especially ones with enthusiasm... B)
