Training for tryouts

OK, so this is my situtation. Tryouts are May 19th. I am i highschool rower and I have kinda been slacking off on the erging but not on weight lifting. The last 2k i did was in late november and i got a 7:08 which is a Pb for me. What is the best plan/way to get me in racing shape for tryouts.
