I am recently ending wrestling practice, And getting excitited about the coming crew season.

In order to get ready I have begun working out more.

I have signed up for an hour long cardio class for High School(Running,Weight lifting,Swimming), I then Have practice from 2:30 to 4:30, Then once I get home I recently made a plan from Row Pro that has anywhere from 9000 to 23000 meters a week

Is this too Much? Or Is not enough?

Will I burn Out Midway through?

How long should I go?

Your post implies you have access to an erg ... but the plan isn't clear. Is the 2:30 to 4:30 training crew? I would suggest you would get more results from erg-specific training than you will from generic "cardio" workouts.

It is January, hasn't crew season started for you yet?

Yes Our Crew Conditioning has started it started after the 1st. But I am currently in Wrestling for another 2 weeks.

The Cardio Workout is a class that they offer at the high School to improve my cardiovascular

Then once I join Crew practice it goes from 2:30 to 4:30 (Which is required for all rowers not in other sports)

Then once i get home I would like to do a ERG workout (not Required)

This is what i would like to do in about 2 weeks not right now.

Sorry for the miss-up
