Every morning.
Right now I'm doing 10:00 of hooping, 5 mornings running then rowing 30 minutes, and two mornings rowing for 2 hours.

I try to do something everyday. The best predictor of if I will do something today is if I did something yesterday. Currently about 90 miles a week on my bike (commuting) and 65k a week on the erg. It's all good as long as it makes you suffer.

I try to be otw 2-4 times a week.
1-2 days running every other week, the rest on the erg.
Trying to follow the Wolverine Plan on a daily basis, but I miss many days due to travelling...

Ice on the lakes so all indoors this time of year. Been doing some sort of workout at least 5 days a week since October, often a morning or noon session followed by another in the evening. A mix of steady state and long intervals. I'm not training for 2K stuff right now but do have a 4 mile ocean race coming up in 6 weeks. So my meter totals are longer (90-115K / week) than most peole are doing. I've done 20 days in a row but last few days have been sluggish so I'm taking a day or two off.
In the spring I'll do OTW in the AM and erg in the evenings.

Anywhere from 5-6 times a week. Mostly after school. The sixth day is always the toughest to convince myself to go.

6 days a week. on steady state days I row 10K, on interval days total meters is about 9 - 10K counting warm up and cool down. If I had the time available. I would do some two a days.

When I am not traveling I train every morning from 5:45 - 7am. 1-2x a week I put in a second session late afternoon/evening. I use a mix of steady state rows (10k or 60') and intervals. Much of my inspiration is coming from the C2 indoor rowing guide from the UK site, this forum and Xeno Mueller's DVD's (Jim C. - did you get the DVD's by now?). On average I row 50-80k a week. In addition I do bodyweight exercises (Pilates inspired) and stretching. Last not least I am the proud owner of a Concept2 DYNO strength trainer that I use 1-2 a week either right after the rowing session or in the evening.
On travel days I typically have no access to the rowing machine but would use the hotel gym for the cross training exercises described above and perhaps run a few miles on a treadmill.
If I had more time I would try the Wolverine plan and see how far I could push the needle.
