excersises for raising erg times

hi
i was wondering does anyone have any good workout plans to improve the erg times. i do circut training but i havnt really seen an impovement in my erg time since i started. any tips

You might like to try The Pete Plan. Something I am going to try come the new year (Don't do today what you can put off till tomorrow)

If you want t otake the time to read and understand it,try Mike Caviston's Wolverine Plan.
It's quite demanding, but brings continuous improvement.

Attention,you might get hooked!

If you don't have quite that much time to read, STM (Stop The Madness) is also an option for long term continuous improvement. :wink:

Note: I've read the Wolverine plan and have no problems with any of it, just proposing an alternative.

Alternatives are good. And I would discourage anyone from attemtping the Wolverine Plan until their commitment to rowing has been truly established.

How is that working for you, Paul?

Have you entered any times in the rankings the last 3 years, or still having problems with your back?
