I've been just rowing easy all summer, 10 minutes at 2:24 pace on the slides.
Today I did 2x 10 minutes a bit faster, picking up and easing off each minute, averaging 2:12.2 and 2:08.8 pace. Then I went for my usual run, and whoa.... I was dragging, ran 2 miles and that was it, stopped and walked home. My body felt trashed and no energy.
I'm not sure if it was because of rowing faster today, but that might have been a factor. There were also a lot of chemtrails. The sky was clear when I got up, then they kept dumping the chems all day and you could see them spreading out, completely covering the sky by tonight. I hate those d*** things. Anyway that could be the problem, nothing else.
However, I'm planning to rearrange my schedule because of this and:
1) run first and easily when going to row a harder session;
2) row first and easily when going to run a harder session;
3) if doing both easily then it doesn't matter.
I already know well that it's not possible for me to row after running hard.
Do any of you find it harder to run well after you have rowed a harder session than usual, and how do you compensate or adjust for this?
Thanks.
