Do you have a coach and/or do you row on the water? For 14, those times are impressive, and puts you close to the top 5 in the world for a 14 year old. There were threads here about what times you need to get recruited for college, and the heavyweight times were pretty brutal but the lwt times were not out of the question for you (under 6:30). Xeno posted on those, so you might want to ask him, and/or contact Xeno for coaching advice (Xeno has a gold and silver olympic medal).

Comparing the times you list though, my only comment is that 10k looks "slow" compared to the 6:44, so you might want to work on rowing long for a while if that is a weakness, before starting to get race ready in Jan or so.

There are lots of info on rowing training plans here and in the UK forum, like the wolverine plan, Pete's plan, Xeno's crash-b training plan, stop the madness (STM), etc.
