What do you listen to when you are erging.

I like to listen to Bon Jovi- Livin on a prayer and It's my life- for a 2k

All others Classic Rock.

What do you guys like?

RJD2

Check out his stuff for instrumentals. The song "Good Times Roll (Part 2)" is the best for a 2k, no doubt.

Hmmmm erging music... I don't usually listen to music when I erg...
when I do, I like most music, especially classical, some rock, some rap etc.
best erg music,
Elgar Cello Concerto, Ride of the Valkaries, The Firebird Suite, Journey to Fort Sedgewick (dances with wolves soundtrack) and the Gael (theme from The last of the Mohicans, an awesome movie BTW)
