dont have an ergo

hey, i dont have an ergo and was wondering what exercises i could do. i have wieghts but thats about it.

You could do pretty much any exercise you like, but to get helpful replies from the forum you might want to start by laying out what you're trying to achieve.

well, iv got 2 weeks to prepare for the actual rowing season. I've done about 9 weeks of pre-season(weights+ergos). Basically, im not pulling my load in my crew, and need to up my game. What exercises can i do?
