Been Training for 9 months

Post by Jiggery_P0kery » August 10th, 2006, 7:01 am

Hi All,
I got the concept 2 rower 9 months ago and have built up to doing 10000 5 times a week. Would it be advisable to change this as would I just be getting used to it and not really seeing any improvements? I dont fancy
cutting back and putting weight back on though!

Any advice would be appreiated.I put it on the hardest tension.

Jig,

Do you row each workout at the same intensity, SR, etc? If so you may want to throw some variety in there to keep from stagnating.

If your goal is weight loss and general fitness and not to compete, then you are doing great and no need to make changes unless you are getting bored.

If your goal is to get faster and compete then you should look into following one of the many plans available. This will give you some variety and intensity.
