Back in business..

Post by 2ndRow » July 29th, 2006, 1:15 pm

Took some time off from rowing because I got a little lazy....

But started back up last week, incorporating it with my running to get ready for fall rugby season...

doing the 500m all out with 30s rest for 10 cycles to start, almost forgot how much of a workout it is

I take it you have seen the rugby test

1000m — rest 3:00
750m — rest 2:30
500m — rest 2:00
250m — rest 2:00
750m — stop

And the rugby training guide for the rower on the C2 Uk site which can be found Here
