35 degrees in my rowing room - how to survive?

Post by laupi » July 23rd, 2006, 1:42 pm

My rowing room is glowing from heat - its about 38 Celsuius outside and 35 inside my room - windows open does not help, fan on is not mch better, no aircon available to use - do I just have to wait for fall time?

What do you do during summer? How can you continue to row?

I fell much better going for a cold ice cream...... help me to get back motivated to row......

Ice cream intervals ... chocolate, vanilla, strawberry, banana, coconut, etc. etc. Perfect!

A bucket of ice with a fan blowing air across it at you.
