did you not finish the 2k? or did you do those two pieces independently of each other?
yea, those were separate pieces. high school races are 1500s so thats what i usually train for. 500 is just the only other time i know. i row on the water about 6 days a week so i dont get much of a chance to do erg pieces. thanks

I am tempted to just say it hardly matters. That is, at 6'6", you have just as bright a rowing future as you desire. It is the one attribute that those of us without, can't get. Just get to work building lean mass onto that frame and in a handful of years, somewhere well above 200 lbs., you can reach for Olympic level times. By the time you finish high school, aim for something like a 6:20 2k, at least. That would put 1500m near something like 4:40 (not now, in a few years!).
