Really solid 30' all the same, especially it shows you can do >8KM consistently.

Just trying to cover the bare minimum(50k/week) currently since tearing out the concrete floor in the cellar is draining all my energy :) no worries though, this is usually my "low" season erg-wise anyways.

The closest I will ever get to an OCD screen😆

Hahaha. I had a mental image of JA ripping the floor up with his bare hands.
Hahaha, you guys are killing me  I have been standing so much bent forward these last few days I have had to jack myself back up to a standing position :D

Yep, yesterday was not the day but lessons have been learnt and next time it will be better. Happy to have stuck with it though despite the average creeping up until the last 6mins.....would have been easy to HD but I am stronger mentally now I think.

Cheers fellas

5 sessions 60k so far during May - 2 rest days. Mostly @+2:12 r23
Yesterday: 6k wu then 6x 250m/R1:30 @1:42.6 r30 and 1k c/d
Today: 5x 2k: R3:00

No mate, it was to do with eating, and when I did it. That was why my HR was higher than usual. Breathing was laboured, and I'll stick to my tried and tested methods.

I've given up on thinking about drag, as it's not making any difference for me in my current phase of training.
