training sessions

Does anyone know of any training sessions or lessons available in north Fla.or Ga.?
Where do you live?
The Tallahassee Rowing Club has several masters members who erg out of their homes or at local gyms. But no organized erging. If you live in the area, you may want to google their web site and contact one of the club officers about rowers who are willing to give lessons or local high school coaches/assistant coaches who can help out.
Some, but not all, of the fitness instructors at a couple of the local gyms can provide reasonably basic techniques but no real formal training sessions.
