How to delete ErgData interval

I was programming a new regimen with two fixed intervals per day (changing the heart rate). While editing, I mistakenly pressed the '+' button instead of the 'hamburger' button to set a new heartrate.

Now I have three intervals rather than two. I've searched the app, and here, but found no way to delete the unnecessary new interval. Is there any way? Or even delete the entire workout to start over?

TIA,
Tom

Can't help with deleting an interval. Also not sure I understand the issue with starting again. Is it that you've made it a favourite? If you want to not have it as a favourite, you can go into it and click on the star (top right) and it will disappear from your favourite list. Its like a toggle on/off switch.

Shift the interval to the left, then a trash symbol appears on the right. Click to delete.

By George, that's done it! Astonishingly easy, and extraordinarily helpful. Thanks, Sakly, and I owe you a beer.

Hah! That works like magic: Now you see it, now you don't! My 'fear' was that a misshapen workout would linger as a non-favorite. A simple trial dispelled that fear. Thank you for the confidence to try it (he said, shamefacedly).
