New to this kind of workout

complete New to this kind of exercise
I have just finished my first 110,000 meters on my new concept 2 D PM3, and in my first try on 21,097 meters I did complete in 1:29:57 damper setting on 10, my avg /500 is close to 2:00 and not changing that much
any comment on this
I am 51 years old weight 77 kilo so just into the Heavy range, when it comes to rowing, my normal fitness training is Kettlebells and bodyweight training.
