So I have 4 sessions a week in my rowing club. I have gym one of that 4 sessions. One hard and two I would say steady state.
But I really want and need to have a faster 6k and 2k. I have an magnetic ergometer at home and could do some strenght at home. I dont have sessions on tuesday, thursday and sunday. So could anyone help. I am junior B rower and I have an 6k split of 1:59 but I could go little faster. So please help would could I do to get faster.

If racing is a long way off, two or three 5ks at 20-23, full race stroke.

Have you spoken with your coach? How old are you, and how long have you been training? I have an idea of what I would do, but I'm not sure if it would be appropriate for you given your age and history.
A good rule of thumb is gradual increases in both volume and intensity, with maximum 2-3 hard sessions per week. Strength training twice is usually good.
