2K + # training paces

Hi all,
I've been looking for some concrete numbers (or ranges even) on this topic and have not found a whole lot. I'm tracking two different (similar) pace systems and wanted to ask to consolidate some of my information on this topic.
There's lots of data on paces as a % of 2K watts, such as:
UT2 - 50-60
UT1 - 60-70
AT - 70-80
TR - 80-105
AN - 105-115
I want to compare these ranges to the other metric, 2K+#, but I only really have good ranges for UT2 (2K+25). What would the other approximate ranges be, measured in seconds?
UT2 - 2K+25 - 2K+20
UT1 - 2K+20 - 2K+18
AT - ???
TR - ???
AN - ???
Also happy to hear about any other metrics you've seen used. For fun, I'm making a spreadsheet that takes in a pace and calculates your projected pace based on various metrics to see how they compare.
