Does anyone have tips on how to combine the 3 ergometers in one workout or how to integrate them with a kettlebell workout?

1000m - ski
2000m - row
3000m - bike
100 KB swings
500-1000-500 ski-bike-row with 50 swings each transition
Some sort of AMRAP of swings but you need to do x calories on a machine before starting the swings EMOM.

I only have a rowerg. To incorporate other exercises. I have an interval of 10 min work/ unlimited rest saved as a favorite.
I’ll row 10 mins.
Get off the machine for 30secs of jump rope, sit ups, push ups and swings.
Then back on the rower for 10 mins. I’ll general try for 5 rounds.
I’m using the rower more for active rest and getting my heart rate in check before the next circuit.
