Personnal plan advices

Hey,
(Hi from France, sorry for my english)
As an amateur, and as an engineer (not in sport), i like to play with numbers to build myself some personnal plans. It always has been difficult to me to follow pre-existing plans, even if i am 100% sure they are better than mine... But whatever, I think it's a whole part of the pleasure i have to row on Concept2. It's a big part of my motivation.
My global goal is not to compet on 2k but to improve in a global way, fitness or maybe competitive one day.

The purpose of this plan is to have inputs based on PB all history and Average all history (yellow cells).I updatethose numbers every month.
Goal is the average between PB all history and average all history.
Those imputs give my 4 negative splits goals based on 105-102-98-95% of goal.
When my goal reaches my PB , i try a new PB, and then actualize my sheet. I rotate regularly between events, so it makes me train on long distances and short intervals.
What do you think about it?
Besides rowing, i run, bike and some back squats.
Best regards, Gilles
