Hi All,
I've finished exams and after taking a few weeks off for them I getting back into some intense training. I am planning on getting a membership at the gym again for about a month until season kicks up. I was wondering if anyone had any tips or advice regarding what I should do at the gym to maximise my results and get the most out of it before racing begins.
