However I do feel up to this, and pending a thumbs up from my cardiologist, and my physioterrorist Brian, I'm mission on.
I've been doing 10k daily for the last few days and I need this.

I did a half marathon today, and yes you're perfectly right I need to keep my heart rate below 130, and no where near my red line of 160.which would be fool Hardy to push bearing in mind I'm only six weeks away from my last stent work.
I have a nice steady pace, that gets me through the 10k, stroke rate 123 a minute, drag 125,inhale on my leg push start, exhale slowly, heart rate stays at 120/126, BP, 119/80
