Gym Demo Video...

Just for fun...

I thought you all would enjoy this videoI came across at Google Video. If you click "More From This User" on the right, you'll see that there are a whole collection of demos for various gym exercises.

Does this explain some of what you've seen at the gym?

Describe, criticize & compare to what you've seen in the gym, please! And perhaps what you would say to this fellow...

I think she's got the damper set too high and is going too early with her arms.

She lacks the upper body heave characteristic of people who habitually row on #10. I wonder if she upped the damper for the photo op?

I doubt it. It seems to be the default. Everybody except me at my gym rows at 10. In fact I get dirty looks when folks find they have to actually move the lever back. They seem to believe that 3 minutes at 10 is better than 20 minutes at 3.

Y'all taught me not to do that, which is a Good Thing.
