Interval workout

Post by Livio Livius » June 7th, 2019, 4:56 pm

Is there a way to program the following workout:

3x (10x 30sec on - 15 sec rest) with rest between intervals of 3 min

15 seconds is your rest intervals! Don't think you can program 2 different rest interval settings on a workout.

yes! just use variable intervals, for PM5..

On the Main Menu, choose Select Workout.
Select New Workout.
Select Intervals and then select Intervals: Variable
On the Interval: Variables window for Interval 1, select Time, then enter 30s and 15s rest, then accept and repeat. on the 10th interval set rest 3mins, then on 11th back to 15s rest... and so on.
You will end up with 30 intervals with 10th and 20th having 3 mins rest and all the others 15s. Set last interval with 0 rest.
Then save in favourites so don't have to type in again next time!

A long way away from any of these PBs now!!
