How do i train hard enough to achieve 30 million metres a year
How do i train hard enough to achieve 30 million metres a year
What sort of training would I need to do to achieve over 30 million rowing meters a year
Re: How do i train hard enough to achieve 30 million metres a year
Ah - you don't!
I cant believe this is a serious question as the math would tell you to reach 30 million in one year you would need to row over 80K meters a day if you rowed every single day....not happening.

Fair Play to them both, excess 32 million is some going, must be eat, row, eat row, eat row, sleep everyday, hope they have Christmas and Easter Day off for a rest

Pretty ambitious for a guy who just bought a rower one month ago!

I think the answer to the OP's question is to NOT train hard at all. Row at a 3:36 pace for 12 hours a day will get you 100,000 meters per day. That should allow enough time in the day for bathroom breaks, meals, a trip to the grocery store every now and then and 8 hours of sleep before the next slog.

Nothing to do with Ambition, a lot to do with Sceptism and a lot of Sarcasm

Ambition is good! Skepticism is even better when looking at the Concept2 boards during the challenges.
