we are have been seat racing for the past two weeks and my and another teamate are tied so are and there are only a couple more day until a line up is made to travel... in these next days we are doing more seat racing. I know i have streangth and heart i have a few problems on focusing my aggression on the piece at hand i need to harness this now not just in race day and i was wondering i anyone had tips that they use in being more aggresive and what to think about while doing my 3 -4 min seat racing piece thank you for your help

Do you use music? this could get you in you own 'little world' just close your eyes and invision yourself winning. also music can get you angry if you need to.
