Introduction To Indoor Rowing

Post by Teresa » January 4th, 2014, 12:11 pm

I like how a specific distance is broken down in the information panel, however I was disappointed to discover that you can't put in a specific distance and then row over that distance to meet a minutes goal. :(

So, I know I rowed 30 minutes, but the ERG only counted the 27:41.7 that it took for me to go 5000 meters.
Terésa rowed 5,000m in 27:41.7 at an average pace of 2:46.2 seconds/500m on January 4th.

Just in case anyone else had that question...

On the menu screen of the PM3/PM4, choose "New Workout". Then you will see choices to enter a distance or a time to be rowed, as well as interval workouts. I hope this helps.

If you select "just row" you can row as far and as long as you want. This way if your time or distance elapses first you can keep going until you achieve your other mark.......easy.
