Someone showed me this yesterday, it's on their webside under resources.
I've never seen it before or seen it discussed, but looks very interesting to me.
Just put in your best 2k score and it will break down all the training bands.

As my plan is to train mostly at UT1 in 30 minute sessions at the moment, with some fast work here and there, according to this it looks like I need to up my game a bit and stick to 1:55 - 2:03 for most of my work! (6:57 2k)

Luke the first thing that jumps out to me about that is the lower bound of their Aerobic Endurance training (UT1 and UT2) is at 60% of 2k Watts, whereas on the zones in the Indoor Sports Services Interactive Plan (if you fill in the fields here
https://indoorsportservices.co.uk/training/interactive) have 60% of 2k Watts as the
upper bound for Aerobic Endurance (UT2) and have UT1 as Intense Aerobic at 60-70% of 2k Watts.
I guess given your current 30' plan which doesn't really feature any UT2 these might work out the same though?

Yeah I think it might have just made me realise I'm not doing my UT1 work fast enough.

Similar idea to the "Lactate Training Band" (LTB) sheet:

hey gooseflight--
that spreadsheet is like a late 60's light show. did you put in the background colors while tripping?
don't get me wrong. i think it's groovy.
