Training Spreadsheet (Pete Plan)

I tried to search for something like what I had in mind, and found a few scattered references to spreadsheets for the Pete Plan, but came away empty handed. I decided to make my own spreadsheet on Docs with what I thought I would need to track, and thought I'd share it here. If you want to use it, it'll be helpful to have a Google Drive account, but I think you can download it as an Excel file as well.
******************************************************************************************************************
Visit the link, which is "view only", then go to File & make a copy, which you can then edit.

I'm thinking I want to tackle Pete, so we'll see how it goes. On active weeks, I'm able to average about 5k a day, so this will be a large step up, but I have done a number of 10k pieces, as well as a half & full marathon. It'll be nice to see what I can do. Any suggestions are welcome, and if I update the spreadsheet layout at all, I'll try to remember to update the above link as well.

Links to other spreadsheets for different training programs would be awesome too, for when someone feels like trying something else. Maybe get a thread going just for that kind of thing....? :D

Well, I waded through a bunch of posts in the thread and finally found the spreadsheet... pretty comprehensive. Thanks.
For anyone else who is daunted by 2400 posts in a thread, here's a link to what I found...
Dean's "Pete" Spreadsheet

Ph. . . z's sprdsht offers at a glance comparison of each unique workout done over more cycles than I'd want to do. Dean''s format by week offers an ease of scrolling side by side row reports from several rowers. I'm partial to the calendar grid which aligns workouts vertically by type--3 different speed interval workouts, 3 endurance, 3 hard distance, etc. and the weeks roll out horizontally--rinse and rePete.

Yeah, I just added enough slots to cover the 17 times you'd end up rowing each workout, IF you stuck to Pete for an entire year. Reading more about Pete, I now realize that's not how it's intended, but better to have more slots than not enough, I guess...

Got a link to that third spreadsheet you mentioned? Mine's just a first attempt before I found Dean's version, so I'm open to additional options.

Edit***
BTW, is there a way to edit my first post? It seems I've lost that ability, and I'd like to add Dean's link at the top if possible. I can still edit my most recent posts, just not the first one...

Generally a post that has been quoted can no longer be edited by the one who posted it.

I thought that was the case and started to edit my post to say that. But I wasn't sure so I backed off and just posted the one sentence.

Maybe there's a time limit? My original post didn't get quoted, so I don't think it was that, But now I can't edit any of my other posts from this thread either.... maybe it's just because I'm new on the forum... :?:
Oh well.

No, it's just a bit of a strange one on this forum!! You only get a certain amount of time to edit your post once you have made it. Then after some time passes you will notice the edit feature button vanishes making you unable to "edit"

Only the forum police have the ability to make edits of posts whenever at free will.
