Getting data from PM3 at a gym

Hey guys, I've got back into rowing at the gym after a few years off and have seen that people get out detailed statistics from their rowing machine.
I row at the gym on PM3 equipped machines. Is it possible to get to any data held on the computers? It looks like there's an empty slot on the front that might be for this? Cheers.
