Im 5,9.5 girl , 16 years old and 12stone.

I have been rowing for around 8/9 months . I started off with barely any fitness. Ive only completed three 2k erg tests. The last one I did was nearly 3 months ago and I got 8:07 . is this 2k good for my age ? Ive upped my training too , training everyday , would it be realistic to get a time of 7:55 next 2k I do ?

Short answer in the circumstances Is yes - pretty good.
If you look in the rankings for all 13-18y females for the full 2016 season it would be pretty much close to the middle of those rankings - 8:01 is 50%.
Pretty new so a lot of improvement to come given good training and help with technique. Sub8 is a good next goal and quite reachable.
Best not to train every day though - must have some rest days as well as part of the program. Train smart as well as hard and do a lot of reading here about what is best.

I am no expert, but that seems pretty decent to me!! You have not been rowing all that long... and are still very young, and your body is still developing/growing. If you keep up the work and set yourself goals of trying to achieve beating your past times i'm sure you will reap the rewards.

As for being realistic about getting a time 12 seconds under your last one, i think so yes. Give it a shot and see where you finish up.

Rower4001, I'd say be smart when you do your 2k. Maybe go out at a 1:58 - 2:00min pace, settle in right on 2:00min from 1500m down to 500m, then if the fitness is there you can push the final 500m and come in under 8:00min, maybe pull it down and get to 7:55. Breaking the 8:00 threshold would be a nice improvement and everything else is icing on the cake.
