I am looking for new training material and saw the Urban Erg website. The book ERG: 75 workouts for athletes looks good, but is a bit expensive (when ordering from Holland).
Anyone using it and wanting to share their experiences?

I have completed all of the intermediate workouts in the book and will be starting the advanced ones soon. I am working on my base conditioning now, but will jump back into her program for the races next year.
Overall it is a good mix of workout types and intensities. She loves long warm-ups and cool downs which add time, but reduce injury.
I would say that the workouts kept me mootivated and for sure lowered my 2K PB.
