Info on how the most elite rowers train?

Post by fatgrosshog » September 21st, 2010, 12:42 am

Does anyone have any information on how the most elite rowers in the world train? I can find sites on Arnold Schwarzenegger's training program when he was going for Mr. Universe, Lance Armstrong's program for his races, etc. Are there any site out there that tell me how the top rowers train?

Al Taylor (ausrwr) has some stuff here: http://www.c2forum.com/viewtopic.php?f=3&t=10498

Also, check out Zach Ellison's (ZRower) diary on the Brit forums.
