My money is on at least three more PBs before the end of 2020

Wow ...big numbers from the big fella
As Stu said, first of many PBs to come.

Wow, that's a great row and great tribute to your friend, very well done!
You'll have a lot to post here for sure

Incredible effort! Love the ambitious and consistent pace right from the start.

Great time and progress from what was already a quick time back in May!
I would be very happy with that average for 2k!

Everything about this is just amazing! You should be proud.

Thanks a lot guys! Some days your body is just prepared to do the job! I think this is quite similar performance as a 16800 60minute, which is what I have been working for lately, so hope I can do that too soon.
@Stu: whoa, 3 more in December?? Would have to go for the three lowest hanging at least, which would mean 60 min, 10k and 6k.
@mjk: I usually start me longer sessions conservative and do big negative splits, but do have to say I kind of liked starting out just slightly above target pace.
@KeithT: thanks a lot, yeah it felt really good! If only one could have this feeling for all sessions!
Edit: Epic multi-quoting failed, will not try to fix it over phone though
