You may need to download it to your computer (File->Download->Save as...) and then use it with MS Excel or Libreoffice Calc etc. Analysis sheet is not working directly in my Libreoffice Calc.

If the keys are missing from the ignition, best pm member <Bisqeet> with regard to dusting it off and starting it up. I am NOT an adept at Google Docs operation. It has advantages as an accessible record not afforded by daily training entries spread over a 25 page thread! I suppose that applies to all shareware records.

i think i put everyone down as admins, yo feel free to customizes it or whatever -
i could uploada few more tools on there.

@ Ray - you've got to be getting near the end of the BPP I assume?? That's a PP workout (and a brutal one at that!).

I say it every time, 1500m intervals is my least favorite workout.
