Not sure, but I guess this is the link:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... edit#gid=0

You may need to download it to your computer (File->Download->Save as...) and then use it with MS Excel or Libreoffice Calc etc. Analysis sheet is not working directly in my Libreoffice Calc.

@ edinborogh, H the H:

If the keys are missing from the ignition, best pm member <Bisqeet> with regard to dusting it off and starting it up. I am NOT an adept at Google Docs operation. It has advantages as an accessible record not afforded by daily training entries spread over a 25 page thread! I suppose that applies to all shareware records.

First session yesterday was 8x500m, r3. I averaged 1.57.5 on these during the first cycle so my aim was to beat 1:57 this time around.

You crushed that Mitchell. Looks like you had more issues simply holding back the reigns until later in the workout!

@ Ray - you've got to be getting near the end of the BPP I assume?? That's a PP workout (and a brutal one at that!).

2/3 of the way after this week.

I say it every time, 1500m intervals is my least favorite workout.

Does anyone know a good spreadsheet for the BPP please?

Did my second workout tonight, went ok and I'm definitely improving. Long way to go but hey, that's what it's all about right?!

2. 2:08.0 24 SPM
3. 2:06.5 24 SPM
4. 2:06.4 24 SPM
5. 2:05.7 25 SPM
6. 2:03.7 26 SPM

I've never used a spreadsheet. Nice job on the improvements!
