Get the crunchy nut cornflakes and cold milk ready. They are the power food for anything that's going to take a while. We used those on the 300,000m row when we had two folks to each ergo rowing twenty minutes at a time.

I'll bear them in mind, but think they might taste a bit sickly, especially as I will be drinking sugar drinks, but everyone has said have a variety so will get a box. Milk was on the agenda anyway.

FWIW, I lost my appetite on the 12hr, but not during the 100k, or the few failed attempts. Not sure why, but I'd definitely recommend a wide variety, but you already know about this type of session/effort
