As I said, I suspect I'll be doing 8 x 500m (at various speeds) a couple of times a week now, starting easily and then getting faster and faster.
Then I like to mix in 1Ks here and there, and then throughout, at the same speed.
After resting a bit today, tomorrow might be a nice time to start.
