You noticed I didn't specify the pace... I was hoping to slip that by. It's very humbling to perform the way I do! I don't remember the exact paces and I don't have my card available to confirm this, but I was doing in the range of 218-222 for pretty much the entire row. Normally my pace would vary greatly from about 2:12 up to around 2:28 as I start to peter out. So the average pace was pretty much on par, If my legs hadn't given out, I think I could have maintained the pace (or close to it) for the entire hour.
