Yes, if they just happen from solid efforts in training pieces thats fine. When you get to the sharp end of your capabilities or the limits of progression in your training then it gets rather more challenging
Of course i am also fully aware, going 7:00 or sub 7 is an entirely different animal to going sub 8 in the sense it's going to take much more work and time to get it done. And like you say, getting to the sharp end of your capabilities or the limits of progression. The journey is great though if you stay with it!! At least it has been for me thus far
