OK Jack, you only get one big page per workout. Its tough keeping track of you with two big pages full of numbers, charts, graphs, images
5K run, 5K erg. UT1 ish. I'm out of town first part of next week so no rest day for me.

Week 4.6
Recovery
2' @ 2:13.3
8K UT2 @ 2:21.7
Df 110
Stretching w/dn
Done at Y. Zip stick got the 2' but not the 8k. Error codes 46 and 37 this time. Why I oughta . . . !
Checked firmware. V12. Pm5 daily bug fix updates and the absolute head in the sand negligence/ignorance/sloth of the gyms is a great combination.
End of cycle. Satisfied to stay healthy and stay in the game for 23 of 24 workouts over four weeks.
McCavity checks the stats

Great stuff Jack. Are you in for next cycle? Hopefully some of the guys that were posting before will come back. 8 X 500 Saturday, eh? Now we have to beat our previous ones.

I am the human version of kudzu. Glenn, i'm in until july 19 and then a break until 24 July and back for the Race of Truth on 31 July. As Leo Gorcey would have said, I hope to achieve extinction in the 2K. All you Pete Planners encouraged to do a 2k effort that day if possible. Jack

Lindsey is a bonafide stud. However, did you notice how that is the only session that Henry has put up on the site?

(just seeing if he is lurking).

The original group will be starting our second three week cycle on Saturday, which includes 8x500 on 3:00 rest (I think we did 3:00 instead of the suggested 3:30 the first cycle). I saw you did a nice 5 x 1500. We will do that one next week too.
Iam in! 8 x 500 saturday and 5 x 1500 om monday?

So true, so true. And in so many ways beyond erging if I was honest. When I started I learned more from that site I think than from this one, I think. Good energy too.

I edited my previous post above. And it's a shame that there isn't as much activity on that site as used to be. I still pop over there though, just to make sure you are working hard.

It indeed almost dead. Used to be very active, the blog section was great. But it was sold and the new owner have zero interest in keeping it alive. Plus facebook.......
