No, of course, do you TT at a capped rate? Btw I'm 5.5, my 30r20 is in the range of 7100m.

Nothing spectacular, but anyway HM 1:22:07.2@1:56.7, PB by 1min20sec (previous 1:23:27.4@1:58.6, May/2016).

A bit sticky first 2-3k, but after that felt pretty good. Probably too good at 10-8K to go, since got a bit too greedy at that point. Noticed soon that 1:54 pace was too much, had to slow down pace back to 1:56/1:57 and had to really struggle even with that pace during the last 5-6k or so..

Marvellous effort, Harry.

Are you interested in going for pbs at shorter distances in the coming months? That 2k PB is beginning to look even older than its 15yrs. You would surely crush it.

30'r20spm....7559 metres.....1:59.0 average pace....That's the best I've ever done as a Lightweight so well pleased.
67 year old, 72 kilo (159lbs), 5'8''/174cm (always the shortest on the podium!) male. Based just south of London.
Best rows as an over 60. One Hour.....16011 metres. 30 mins.....8215 metres. 100k 7hrs 14 mins.

As another lightweight, impressed! Based on your 2k time, believe with training you'll have even faster 30 minute & distance times. Congrats :D !

Thanks Steve, I'm hoping to get my 2k under 7 minutes at the English Championships on the 5th of February as my training sessions seem to indicate that is at least possible....I know I've still got to ''do it'' on the day!

Once that's done I'll be trying hard to get under 38 for 10k then look at my 30 and 60 minute pieces for the rankings....nothing longer than that though definitely!

Nice one Nico esp at 34 s/r - strong splits without fading.
Once you can learn to rate up at 40 you will be much faster I suspect.
