Thanks for all the congrats everyone! That was my goal for the 2019/2020 season after barely going sub40 on 10k earlier this year.

Well done Ray....15K...just!

Paul, 49M, 5'11" 83kg (sprint PBs HWT), ex biker now lifting
Deadlift=190kg, LP=1:15, 100m=15.7s, 1min=350m

Targets: 14s (100m), 355m+ 1min, 1:27(500m), 3:11(1K)
Erg on!

Thanks Mike! I'm still a bit in shock. The last 3 minutes were 3 of the most awful minutes I've experienced. Of course, I seem to say that at the end of every time trial.

Outstanding work. There's some serious effort in the last few minutes to get over the 15k.
Now, if I can only do the same with 14k!
