Tennstrike, nice PB.
Even if you do supply the splits, how can you prove it? Was it witnessed? By who? Are they credible? Can you prove that they are? How do we know you didn't do a relay?
I am not Dwayne.
So what, neither am I. But you've never raced either numb-nuts. So prove it.

Hi Ben Rea,
Good Eye ! I liked the lay-out and I am not a very creative person myself. Leaves some room for improvement though.

I also saw this ticker factory thing somewhere else. You are a bit ahead
of me rowing towards the one million meter mark. Cannot even see you, while the earth is not flat.

Thanx Ben Rea !
I think 20 minutes separates the men from the boys on the 5 K.
I'll postpone this transition for a while and will continue doing longer rows or at least frequent rows at a steady pace for my one million meters.

The weather in Europe is very hot and sunny at the moment.
It is going to be one of those summers - like 1976 -. Very dry, very warm.
Lots of sun.

Hope to see your new PB appearing soon.

Well I don't get PBs anymore - getting older and having been erging for a while, and am too lazy :? B) , but I did get an SB, even beat last years!
15,159 m for a 60 min row.
