Nice word usage

Henry, where are these videos? I've been linked to them here and there, but I don't really remember them... I just recall that they tend to be a tad, say, incomplete.

Ah, yes, there we are!

And what, you have a problem with my height, huh? You think I'm too short to be a rower too, huh? Yea well tough. My height is something I'm very self-conscious about as it is.

Just thought I would bring this forward.
hjs wrote: I will again open a thread to tell the simple facts

Ranger has made 3 bet's 2 with me and one small one with Roy Brook.

The one with Roy was simple, he has to show up at Wirc and weigh in ass a lightweight to win. This was for 20 dollars. He did not weigh in at all so this one he lost.

The second one was a bet about last season. It was about his 2k that year, it has 2 sides, the one side was about 2000 dollars, if he rowed a 6.16 2k I would have lost and had to pay him 2k.

The other side was him being slower than 6.40, If that was to be case I would have won and he should to pay me 1000 $

This was for season 2008/09, last season.

The outcome was clear, although ranger did very well for his age in my view  he did not go sub 6.40 so I won.

He admited that fact and begged me to have mercy and give him a change to win his debt back. This is not made up he really begged! it was quite embarrising seing a grown man doing that

So I told him: "you have lost this one so you have to pay me, but I will offer you the chance to win you money back and even double it. If you at any time during the rest of his life erg any one of your goals I will pay you 2000 dollars".

So in short, he ows 1020 dollars and refuses to pay up.

And if he does what is saying I will pay him 2k

It is clear that Ranger lost 2 parts to this bet - he neither rowed sub 6:40 or showed up at WIRC and weighed in as a light weight last year.

Was weather forfeit part of the bet? NO!

And clearly he did not row sub-6:40. So why not pay the lost bet?

Rhetorical question as we already know the answer.

I'm sure that Henry is a stand-up guy and would do so!

Actually Henry is also a sit-down guy. Why just today he was sitting in Essen Germany at the EIRC, rowing in a 1k the day after his 2k event. I'm sure that $1000 USD could have paid for his knockwurst and beer....

I've removed lots of his posts where he's trying to bait folks back to his thread by posting crap about them rather than crap about his crap and mythical rowing.

If anyone else wants a moderator job just ask PaulH (who's got more admin powers than I have).

I suspect any hope of getting the ranger bets paid is now a lost cause.

That may be so Doug, but he get's way to much slack.

He again start to attack people (including me) and get's away with it. I don't understand why is allowed to tell 100% pure lies. Why not ban him as he does so. It's the same old same old, he get's more and more abusive and soon the hole charade starts all over again.

Me being called a naysayer. Everything I say about that man is true. In this he calles me a liar in 25% of my posts.

Plus not this posting in itself, but a few ones before this me pissed me off more. You simply let him talk bullshit and nonsence about others.

Most of his crap is his own self agrandizing lies, he's only posting about others to bait them back to replying. I've deleted lots of his posts where he's mentioned you, Roy or MikeVB as they tend to be a catalyst for folks to reply.

It's been a lot calmer since his BIRC failure since his main correspondents have given up replying to his daily, cretinous outpourings. There's only a couple of folks left who rise to his bait, it's now the longest but least interesting thread on here.
