Well legs together and breathing out on recovery makes long forgotten bits of my legs hurt so it's showing some effect. Took me a couple of goes to get the breathing together with the stroke rate halfway right and given another couple of days I'll be fit enough to go back to 10*2:30/30 intervals. Only problem is that I can't catch as early as I used to so I think the shoulders are still working too hard.
Maybe the bike intervals are showing some effect.
