A has-been? I'd say you're a still-are. Do you mind if I ask your, uh, "physical dimensions?" I'm hoping you're a lightweight, because that would be incredible. But, I'd forgive you if you were a heavyweight :-p

I am a fatweight. My PR times are a result of half a$$ed training. I'm re-comitted since I just moved to Philadelphia in September from New York. Training has never been so fierce.

My first 2k test here in Philly was a disaster. I lost a lot of fitness due to a pretty bad back injury this past summer. It was miserable. Moral of the story...always always stretch. Not stretching will come back to haunt you in the future. That's truth.

Well your times are (were) way elite even for a fatweight, albeit depending somewhat on how fatweight.
