Good job! That is a significant improvement, sounds like you are getting the hang of it. IF you have a display that shows the force profile, (PM3 or PM4 only I think), then try rowing with that. IF you get a nice smooth curve (parabola) with out a double peak then you're doing well. You may find that it is easier to get the curve you want at some stroke rating then others, but it really should be smooth at all ratings. When you get your technique better and get used to the machine, your ratings will climb when going hard.
Continue rowing and trying to improve technique and I'm sure your times will drop some more.
One or two other things: make sure your knees stay in a vertical plane. Don't spread them at the catch. Also your head should be straight ahead and fairly level throughout the stroke.
