You are stumbling onto a well established fact :wink: The harder you push yourself while erging, the slower time passes. i.e. You want to experience the longest minute of your life, do an "all out" 60 second test. The final 15 seconds will really show the effect.

The converse is also true, if you want the minutes to go by more quickly, do 30 second "all out" sprints with 60 second active recovery, after just a few reps the rest periods will pass much more quickly than the work periods. :lol:
