The only problem for EXR is that there is a free trial and after that I need to pay a subscription.
But with more upper body work i finally managed to train upper body and now am on to week 2 in the plan. i have also reduced my stroke rate to 23-24.
What about bulking to 72kg to keep being a lightweight while having a bit more protein to have more gains? I can always cut back a few kilos if 72kg is unsustainable for me. Any tips?
